We create a fun environment for women to workout together while feeling 100% supported by friends and me…your trainer! All levels of fitness are encouraged. We are all on a different journey, therefore there is no cookie cutter way to get your workout done! I will work with you on a one on one basis to figure out what the best approach is for YOU.
The environment of this group of ladies is without a doubt a no judgement zone. Every single lady that joins us is welcomed with open arms and encouraged to be a part of this special empHOURment Happy Hour! I do not coach with intimidation, but I will push you and challenge you to do more than you think you can…safely, of course 🙂 Our workouts are fun, engaging and will keep you on your toes!
Kerry’s Fitness 4 U empHOURment Happy Hour includes a workout 3 times a week, easy family friendly recipes on a rolling basis as well as habit based coaching to help you make the changes needed to live a healthy lifestyle 7 days a week! What does that mean? You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to be consistent. I’m going to give you all my tips and tricks to do just that!
Start your journey on any day we meet! There is no waiting for a new start date to begin. We meet 3 times a week in person, but we are in touch on a daily basis through our cutting edge client portal which will help keep you accountable. You will have access to me as well as all documents, recipes, home workouts, and much more right at your finger tips!
