Fitness 4 U provides one on one personal training of all levels in a private studio. No need to worry about waiting on equipment or feeling uncomfortable in a crowded gym. The individualized fitness programs are based on four components – 1) mental training 2) nutrition 3) cardio training and 4) weight training. Each fitness program is designed specifically for YOUR GOALS, not mine. You will receive routine body composition evaluations to track your achievements as well as support and encouragement outside of the gym! We all have our own journey so no two programs are ever the same. My goal is to inspire you to succeed at the personal goals you set out to achieve and for you to become more knowledgeable about living a healthy lifestyle along the way.
I believe personal training goes beyond a one hour session two or three times a week with your personal trainer. I am here to encourage you when you feel you discouraged, guide you back on track when you lose sight, high-five you when you reach a milestone, challenge you, hold you accountable for your part of the program, provide knowledge to help you live a healthy lifestyle and remind you of the commitment you made to yourself all while having fun!
